Medications and Usage
Apidra - Short-acting insulin (3x/day w/meals)
Fast-acting insulin that controls blood sugar around mealtimes for both types 1 and 2 diabetes.

Atenolol - Oral
Used with or without other medications to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

Atorvastatin (Lipitor) - Oral
Used to lower cholesterol in people who have been diagnosed with high cholesterol (high levels of cholesterol in the blood).

Basaglar - Long-acting insulin (1x/day)
Long-acting insulin gives a base amount of insulin to supplement the insulin the body produces naturally.

Evenity - Oral
Used to treat osteoporosis in women after menopause who are at high risk of fracture, or cannot use another osteoporosis medicine or other osteoporosis medicines that did not work well.

Farxiga - Oral
Used for adults with type 2 diabetes to control high blood sugars and prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, and sexual function problems.

Fenofibrate - Oral
Used to treat high cholesterol levels. It's mainly used to treat severe high triglycerides (a type of bad cholesterol).

Fast-acting insulin that starts to work about 15 minutes after injection, peaks in about 1 hour, and keeps working for 2 to 4 hours.

Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) - Oral
Used to treat high blood pressure.

Used with a proper diet and exercise program to control high blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes.

Jardiance - Oral
