Pt's can create token to share with other Greenway providers vis their portal but must have their sex and preferred phone set

Practice Administration > User and Security > SELECT PROVIDER > Role Definitions tab > Click on Features > select box for Feature contains and enter Portal > click Go > check the box for Patient Portal Access > click Save

Base Intergy > Open Pt Account > click on Messaging > click on Send Invite button in the bottom left
Please note you must have: Full name, DOB, zip code, and email

Base Intergy > Setup > Individuals and Companies > Persons > click New and add details
Then...
Base Intergy > Open Pt Account > click on Messaging > click on Edit Access button in the bottom left > add the person in Can Be Seen By
