How to Invite to Patient Portal
Patient Can:
-
Manage appointments
-
View medications & request refills
-
View & manage their health records
-
Manage their profile
-
Access PDEC documents and forms
-
Send secure messages
-
Pay their account balance

1. Login to Greenway Prime Suite
2. Click the magnifying glass to search for patient by: First name, last name and DOB
3. Double click on patient name
4. Click on Registration tab
5. Click on Information
6. Scroll to Patient Portal section
7. Verify patient address
8. Check the box next to the patient name
9. Click ok on the pop up box
10. Click Save at the bottom of the screen
11. Click on Send Invitation link
12. Status should now read: Invitation Sent

Get Patient Access to Their Records
1. Search for the patient
2. Go to their FaceSheet
3. Select Documents next to Summary and Results
4. Click on the Progress Note folder
5. Click on the progress note they need access to
6. Click on View Clinical Summary
7. Select the box “Available in Portal”
8. Click save
Help A Patient Reset Their Username & Password
1. Search for the patient
2. Go to Registration tab > Information
3. Gather their personal information

First and last name
-
Date of birth
-
Zip code
4. Go to www.myhealthrecord.com and select Forgot Username link
5. Enter personal information and their username will be sent to their email on file
6. The patient can then be instructed to got to My Health Record website with this username and select Forgot Password
