How to Set Your Preferences In Base Intergy 

1. Log in to Base Intergy ​

2. Click on the options tab 

3. Hover over desktop 

4. Select Use Larger Windows

How to Register a New Patient

1. You can either click on the clipboard with the man icon or click on the Patient tab and select Register 

2. Enter all patient information and select next  â€‹â€‹

3. Enter insurance information on the next screen 

4. Enter emergency contact and pharmacy on the next screen 

5. Click Register patient

If you need to make changes to the patient information, you can search for the patient and then click on personal and make updates

How to Schedule An Appointment 

​

1. You can either click on the calendar icon or click on the Scheduling tab and select Appointments 

2. Click on the man in the magnifying glass to search for the correct patient â€‹â€‹

3. Select the mode you would like to use to view the schedule 

  • 1 - Resource Detail 

  • 4 - Multiple Resources 

4. Click on the appointment time you would like to schedule

5. Enter the reason code AKA appointment type

6. Make any notes you need to 

7. Click Save 

8. You can right-click ANY appointment and do a number of actions: 

  • View/edit

  • Cancel

  • Reschedule

  • Confirm 

  • Mark as no show

How to Create a Recall

​

1. Log in to Base Intergy 

2. Click on the blue man "patient information" 

3. Find the patient you are looking for 

4. Click on "scheduling" 

5. Select the Recalls tab 

6. Click "New" 

7. Enter the information 

8. Click "Save" 

​

Please note, an automated reminder will be sent to the patient on the due date, so if a patient needs to be contacted a month prior before due, please consider this. 

​

How to Check-In a Patient 

​

1. You can either click on Blue Man with a Clock icon or click on Patient and select Check-In/Flow Tracking 

2. This will give you a list of all patients scheduled today. You can sort by: 

  • Location 

  • Provider 

3. You can modify your list to include or not include: 

  • Scheduled

  • In-Office 

  • Checked Out 

4. Double click the patient (ANYWHERE) 

5. Select the Event Code dropdown 

6. Select IN for Check In 

7. Once the patient is checked in they will turn yellow and IN will be in the event column 

8. The Encounter number is the Charge Ticket #

How to Scan/Upload Documents Into a Patients Chart

1. Log in to Base Intergy 

2. Search for the patient 

3. Click on Imaging from the left column 

4. Click the New button on the bottom left 

5. When the pop-up box appears, click "Permit Use" and check the box, do not ask me again on this site 

6. From the Category drop-down, select where the document should be uploaded
