How to Change User Settings
1. Log in to Intergy Practice Administration
2. Select the Setup from the top favorites bar
3. Select Users & Security from the drop-down list
4. Select User Setup
5. Select New

1. Login to Base Intergy
2. Click on Setup
3. Click on Codes
4. Click on Actions & Events
5. Select the events bubble
6. Click on the Pat Flow Events tab

How to Add Favorite SIG Codes for Rx's
1. Log in to Base Intergy
2. Select Setup from the top favorites bar
3. Select Prescriptions from the drop-down list
4. Click on SIG Codes
5. Click the New button
6. Enter:
Code: 2qd
Description: 2 once a day
Dosage Interval: D = Daily
How many doses per day are taken: 1
How many days between doses: 1
How many units per dose: 2
Favorite: Y
7. Click Save

How to Add Favorite Rx's
1. Log in to Base Intergy
2. Select Setup from the top favorites bar
3. Select Prescriptions from the drop-down list
4. Click on Rx Favorites from the menu on the left
5. Select the provider from the drop-down
6. Click the New button
7. Enter:
Name:
Drug:
SIG:
Quantity:
Unites:
Days Supplied:
Refills:
Check or leave unchecked - Dispense as Written
Directions:
Diagnosis code:
7. Click Save
8. Click on Copy To, Select Provider
9. Click OK
This last step needs to be done for each provider

How to Create an Action on an Event
1. Log in to Base Intergy
2. Click on the Setup tab
3. Click on Codes Tab
4. Select Actions & Events
5. Click on the Events bubble
6. Select the tab you want i.e. Patient Flow Events
7. Select what you want to happen when a patient flow event happens i.e. OUT Check-Out
8. Click add at the bottom left of the box
9. Then select what you want to happen
10. Click OK

Steps for Adding a Provider
1. Create a user in System Administration
Lock & key > Pick a Provider > Select Copy User
Check to make sure the practice location is selected
2. Log in to Practice Administration for roles and privileges
Lock & key > Select Provider > Modify as you see fit
3. Log in to Base Intergy to link the user to the account
Setup > Individuals and Companies > Providers > Link user logon
Details, specialties, ID's, supervisor etc.

4. Log in to Base Intergy to create schedules
Setup > scheduling >
Resource groups (in all and selected resources)
